Following the Equality Plan of FHECOR Ingenieros Consultores, the objectives for the period 2018-2021 have been established. These objectives are being developed with the contribution of its entire staff. Within this framework, FHECOR has defined a series of Principles in the field of Prevention of Harassment at work (sexual, moral, or sex-based harassment).
This Declaration of Principles focuses on the explicit prohibition of any type of harassment at work in all its forms and modalities, as well as on the protection of potential victims, ensuring their safety and health.
FHECOR Ingenieros Consultores acts, on a day-to-day basis, with zero tolerance towards any form of harassment. This is reflected in FHECOR commitment with its staff, clients, suppliers and society.
The compliance with these principles and the development of the Procedure for Action against Harassment guarantee the integrity of all personnel working under the scope of the company, ensuring, by all means at its disposal, the existence of work environments free of physical and psychological risks.
