FHECOR EQUAL OPPORTUNITIES POLICY

In 2015, FHECOR Ingenieros Consultores implemented its Code of Conduct. Through this document, the organization established principles and values of behaviour that are considered as fundamental for the correct development of the work, and that govern the behaviour of all the people that make up the workforce.

Derived from this code, a series of actions were developed, such as the participation in the "Generating Changes" Program of the Community of Madrid, and the establishment of the principles for the prevention of harassment of any way and modality.

Based on this program, a diagnosis of the situation of equal opportunities between women and men in the company was made, and the Equal Opportunities Plan of FHECOR Ingenieros Consultores was drawn up.
